2005 brings a new look for ObSys, part of the North unified management system. The entire North product range is being re-branded, but with ObSys the change is more than skin deep.

In addition to the new packaging, engineers will also find an updated set-up and a new ObView toolbar. The latest release includes the powerful Data Manager, artificial intelligence engine and an improved version of Alarm Manager, which now has network support, to allow centralised alarm stores to be managed from several remote locations.

At the heart of ObSys sits ObServer, this has been modified for greater speed and effienciency when dealing with multiple comms requests and for running powerful ObvEngine strategies within a PC environment.
