Micros Fidelio Interface released

Chiswick Moran hotel

Micros Fidelio are the world’s leading software house for the Hospitality market. Many of the world’s largest hotel chains use Micros Fidelio's "Opera" hotel booking system.

The new interface from North allows occupancy signals to be read from the booking system and passed to any third party BMS or Air Conditioning system. Including Mitsubishi, Sanyo, Daikin, Alerton, Cylon, Trend and Automated Logic.

The 4 star Moran Hotel in Chiswick (pictured) now has a North Compass Network and Obsys software head end. The Compass Network provides an integrated backbone between the BACnet Building management system, Modbus energy meters and Micros Fidelio hotel booking system. Signals from the booking system are sent automatically to the BMS controllers -if a room has no guest checked in we can turn off (or set back) high carbon services such as Heating, Cooling, Ventilation and secondary lighting; dramatically reducing the carbon footprint and energy bills.

The ObSys user interface gives the management access to over ride the automated system and allows engineering staff full control over the plant, monitoring and control systems within the building.
