ObSys 2.0 is the latest version of ObSys from North. We have used our existing tried and tested software modules to create a new application. ObSys 2.0 is now even easier to engineer, with the majority of the functionality you use pre-loaded. The first time you run the new ObSys 2.0 you will notice that it now comes with advanced alarm handling, data logging, web servers, BACnet compatibility, and powerful control strategy tools all built in. Even the IP networking is simplified with auto discovery and controller mapping. We do as much as we can for you, short of writing strategy and drawing the floor plans it would be hard for us to do much more.

The core functionality is now built into ObServer, while additional applications such as data manager and ObView comprise the entire ObSys 2.0 suite. All you now need to do is select the interfaces that you wish to load in and press "scan". ObSys 2.0 then automatically goes and learns what controllers and which points are available from the attached system, it configures basic alarm handling and makes all data points available to you for data logging, web graphics and inclusion in strategy (OBVProcess).
