North Building Technologies

The North e-Library contains a complete set of documentation for all North products.

The documentation is split into two groups: the main group includes Brochures, Introductions, Product Information and User Guides; the second group is used more when engineering products and displays and includes Object Specifications.

Browsing the e-Library

You can view a particular area within the e-Library. For example, Introductions, Product Engineering Guides, ObSys Documentation, etc.

Select 'e-Library' from the menu bar above, then select a link to the area you would like to view.

Searching the e-Library

You can search the e-Library for a particular subject of interface name.

Select 'e-Library' from the menu bar above, then enter your search criteria.

Search will find documents with a title matching all the words in your query. If you would like search to match on any of the words, include the keyword 'or' in your search criteria.

For example, to search for documentation on the Compass Point RS232 platform try a search for 'Compass Point 232'. To search for all documentation about Denco or Trend try a search for 'Denco or Trend'.

e-Library Documents

All documents within the North e-Library are available in Adobe™ Acrobat® PDF format. To obtain the latest Acrobat® Reader®, please visit www.adobe.com.

From the e-Library search results page, you can click on a link to view the document in your browser. Alternatively, right-click and select 'Save Target As..' to save the document locally.

Links within a PDF Document

Documents within the e-Library contain links to a different title within the e-Library; if a document is downloaded the linked title may not be available locally.

e-Library on CD-ROM

The e-Library is updated on a regular basis. If you have attended a North training course and would like an updated copy of the e-Library on CD-ROM please contact support.
