The AlmRoute interface connects to North's Extensible Object Model, and holds a buffer of up to 800 alarms, which it routes to up to 16 destinations.
Systems that generate alarms may send them to an AlmRoute, where they are forwarded to up to 16 other alarm handlers. AlmRoute can
apply filters to alarms, before sending them on to the destinations.
Note: Specifications dependant on platform.
The AlmRoute interface is available on the following North platforms:
| CMDR | Available with all Commander versions |
| CP/ALMROUTE/MRTC | Compass Point with AlmRoute interface |
| OSM/ALMROUTE | OSM automatically loaded with all ObSys editions |
