GEM80 Interface
The GEM80 interface links ALSTOM Transmission & Distribution (previously Cegelec) GEM80 Series PLC to North's Extensible Object Model. The interface communicates using the ESP protocol and allows several PLC's to be accessed. The GEM80 interface requires a current loop to RS232 converter and can only read from the PLC.
