The LutronHW interface links Lutron's HomeWorks system to the North Extensible Object Model. The Lutron interface allows control of the HomeWorks system by emulating a keypad button press (either on a physical or virtual keypad), and controlling dimmer levels.
The HomeWorks keypads are programmed to perform any action within the Lutron system. This can set a scene by controling the lights, shades, audio, and security systems, etc.
The LutronHW interface supports:
Lutron HomeWorks - up to 16 keypads and 16 dimmers may be emulated.
The LutronHW interface is available on the following North platforms:
| CP/LUTRONHW/232 | Compass Point with LutronHW interface |
| CMDR/LUTRONHW | Commander with LutronHW interface |
| OSM/LUTRONHW | OSM available with all ObSys editions |
