Printer Interface
The Printer interface provides a serial RS232 output for North's Extensible Object Model (XOM).
The interface could be connected to a serial printer to print the output information.
Alternatively, the interface could be connected to a third-party device to process the information further.
The interface allows a variety of information to be output, including:
- XOM Object values, Compass transfer values, etc.
- XOM alarm event messages.
XOM alarm messages can have a 'mask' applied to format the output information for a third-party device.
The AlmPrint interface is also available for printing to a Windows compatible printer.
