SamiGS Interface
The SamiGS interface links a network of up to 31 ABB ACS 500 (SAMI GS) compatible frequency converters to North's Extensible Object Model. They are used, typically, to control fans and pumps that can regulate the flow or pressure in a system.
The SamiGS interface can be used to control the operation of the frequency converters as well as obtain readings. Each SAMI GS, or compatible, frequency converter has to be fitted with the SAMI GS control interface card.
Supported Range
ABB ACS 500 (SAMI GS) – There are several in this series, the differences regarding the shaft output power size and mains voltage.
Alldales Drive Systems Gemini GV – There are several in this series, the differences regarding the shaft output power size and mains voltage.
