VDesktop Interface
The VDesktop interface links the AD Network Video NetVu Video Desktop system to North's Extensble Object Model. The NetVu Video Desktop is a cctv software package that communicates with the range of NetVu network video servers via a TCP/IP network.
The VDesktop interface links to the Video Desktop software via the IP network and provides control for the cctv system, including:
camera selection, positioning, presets, live/playback operation, etc.
The Video Desktop software is used to display the video signal.
Supported Range
The interface communicates with the NetVu Video Desktop software, which is compatible with the following NetVu network video servers:
NetVu Vanguard – 4, 8 or 16 input network video servers
NetVu Aquila - 8 or 16 input network video servers
NetVu Vantage - 16, 32 or 64 input network video servers
