North's interface technology is based on our Extensible Object Model (XOM). The Object Model provides a standardised distributed architecture for real-time management, automation and control of your building.
Our interfaces talk to intelligent systems using their native protocol to provide modular interoperable solutions regardless of manufacturer, system or discipline.
XOM interfaces operate on a wide variety of hardware platforms, including Compass integration network devices, Commander Web-enabled controllers, and ObSys workstations and servers.
