North Building Technologies

The OBVEngine or OBVProcess modules provides programmable control to devices connected to North's Extensible Object Model (XOM).

OBVEngine contains three configurable ObVerse Processes, programmed using the OBVEditor, which can control any object within the XOM.

OBVProcess contains a single (much larger) configurable ObVerse Process.

ObVerse processes may be configured to add functionality to any XOM compatible device, such as:

Integrate control functions across several disparate systems;
Add functionality and value to a single manufacturers system;
Add control to input and output systems, such as Zip.

Supported Range

Any system compatible with the North XOM.

• Compass
• ObSys
• Commander

CP/OBVENGINE/MRTC485	Compass Point with OBVEngine interface
CP/OBVPROCESS/MRTC485	Compass Point with OBVProcess interface
CMDR	OBVEngine is available with all Commander interfaces
OSM/OBVPROCESS	Four OBVProcess OSM modules are automatically loaded with ObSys 2.0, additional modules may also be added.
