SMS5000 Interface
The SMS5000 interface links a single Workstation port of a Security Design Associates (SDA Protec) SMS 5000 alarm monitoring system to North's Extensible Object Model. The Workstation port gives control over the security system, allowing circuits, groups, and the action line to be monitored and controlled; typically on behalf of a top-end graphic, or GUI.
Supported Range
SDA SMS5000 – Up to 8 workstations per system. Each allows control of 4000 circuits, 128 groups, 255 outputs, 255 cameras and the action line.
