M7003A Data Acquisition module
The Zip M7003A is a 4 digital input and 4 analogue input module . Each of the 4 digital inputs is designed to connect directly to a volt-free switch. The switch reads 'off' when the switch is open, and 'on' when the swich is closed. Each input has an on-board red LED that is lit when the input is on.
Each of the 4 analogue inputs can be configured to read 0-20mA, 0-5VDC, or 0-10VDC. The input readings can be rescaled to produce useful engineering units.

The M7003A relies on a proven RS485 network for communications between the modules and a ZipMaster. Compass, one version of the ZipMaster, sits on an RS485-based integration network which is compatible with over 200 different building-control systems, including CCTV, bms, security, lighting and many international standards. Another version of the ZipMaster, Commander, serves information directly onto IP as HTML web pages and can send alarm messages via e-mail.
