Declaration

When issuing shipping documentation or completing courier portal forms, we include the following declaration:

“Lithium metal batteries packaged with equipment in conformance with IATA PI969 Section II.”

For European road and rail freight under the ADR/RID Agreements, Commander shipments qualify for full exemption from dangerous goods transport rules under Special Provision 188 (SP 188) due to the low lithium content (≤ 1.0 g per cell).
