Sales Support Engineer
North Building Technologies Ltd is recruiting a Brighton-based Sales Support Engineer to provide pre-sales support on our range of products.
Your role
Candidates must have excellent people skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, and be self-motivated.
After training in our product range, you will initially support customers using our product. This requires email and telephone skills, along with remote and on-site product configuration.
This will develop into pre-sales assistance, including attending meetings, advising customers, generating quotations, and managing customer relationships.
Skills you’ll need:
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Excellent people and written communication skills
- Good technical knowledge
- Good organisational ability
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- National Level 3 qualifications (A-Level equivalent)
- A full UK driving licence
Technical Support Engineer
We are always on the lookout for bright and talented people to join our team. If you are interested in joining North as a Brighton-based Technical Support Engineer, providing remote and on-site technical support to customers, then contact us.
Your role
Candidates must be natural problem-solvers with a customer service focus, good communication skills, and the ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
After training in our product range, you will initially support customers using our product. This requires email and telephone skills, along with remote and on-site product configuration.
This could develop into a product training role, running occasional courses for small groups of engineers. It could develop into a sales support role, advising customers and providing quotations.
Skills you’ll need:
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good organisational ability
- Practicality, with an interest in engineering or technical subjects
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- National Level 3 qualifications (A-Level equivalent)
- A full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.
