Powerful, scalable building automation software

ObSys is North’s comprehensive software suite designed for the integration, control, and management of building automation systems. Highly scalable, the platform is deployed across three core roles to meet various building management demands.

Engineering software

ObSys is the primary tool used for discovering, commissioning, and configuring North’s entire range of products.

Integration controller

ObServer is the most powerful of North’s building controllers, alongside Commander. Installing the core ObServer application on a Windows-based embedded PC creates a powerful, compact building controller that contains North’s advanced interface technology, block-based programming language, and easy-to-use information services.

Central supervisory suite

Deploying the full ObSys suite with ObView, Alarm Manager, and Data Manager provides a full-featured centralized automation head end for site monitoring, trend logging, and alarm management.
