Commander is North’s most compact building controller. Designed with our interface technology, it operates perfectly as a stand-alone controller or scales seamlessly alongside other North devices, like ObServer and Zip, to form a comprehensive control and monitoring solution.

Universal integration

Fuse disparate building sub-systems into a single, coherent system. Using North’s extensive driver library, Commander translates data between HVAC, lighting, security, and fire systems. This enables them to interact while making values instantly available via BACnet and Modbus. Additionally, connect Zip, North’s networked input-output system to access building sensors and actuators directly.

Intuitive logic control

Powered by ObVerse, North’s graphical cause-and-effect language. Easily engineer complex logic, feedback control, and timer functions with direct access to third-party system values.

Cloud & local display

Sync seamlessly with Commander Hub for secure remote viewing and editing, long-term data logging, and shared access management. Locally, Commander integrates natively with North's Zip touchscreens and ObSys software.
